Pros
Free fruit, coffee, and a gym. There are good people here but they are few and far between.
Cons
Hands down the worse job I've held in my 15+ years of job experience. Micromanagement every second of the day. Every minute of your day has to be accounted for. You are only allowed 15 minutes of time away from your desk a day and that includes your bathroom breaks. If you are away from your desk more than that or don't answer enough calls you have to explain what you were doing. What they don't tell you is that you are a glorified receptionist. You answer phones all day and listen to people's problems. Of course this causes a high turn over rate. Management undergo no training. It's predictable who are promoted. Emoloyees actually take bets to see who is correct. If your not friends with someone in mangenent you won't be promoted. This company is one that promotes a work/life balance and I have never had a harder time balancing my family life than I have here.
