Pros
Workstream is a great young start-up. The company values its employees and maintains a great culture (direct feedback, human touch, humble and hungry....). It is also a super diverse company with employees sit around the world so we have fresh eyes looking at different topics with different perspectives, something that I personally value very much. The idea behind the product is pretty inspiring and the population the product serves is special. On a daily basis, you can see your impact made whether within the company or in your clients' lives.
Cons
Typical growing pains. There are still plenty of things that need a better process. Hiring takes a long time - some teams are in desperate need of additional people.
