      Pay Hours Opportunities Further Education Growth Opportunities Health insurance is good, but very expensive.

      Cons

      Lack of support Book of business is too much Too much emphasis on producers and not enough on the support staff Lots of resources, but no idea how to access them Managers clearly do not have enough support and are overworked Very much feels like they are building the plane as the fly it.

      World is a growing organization with ample opportunity to learn and develop for everyone. We stay true to our stated vision, mission and values. We have a strong desire to serve our clients by helping to protect what they have through insurance. By learning World's systems, processes and procedures you can have a very successful career here. The people are great here and wonderful to work with.

      Pros

      Good 401k match. No vesting period. Benefits overall decent. PTO. Early closures.

      Cons

      Training doesn't happen. Very sink or swim culture. Good young talent is wasted by management that only cares about tenure. Management is impossible to reach as is HR. Pay raises are a joke as is the performance review process. They claim to have a set structure, metrics and growth plans for employees but rate and promote on vibes only. Pay bands low for industry
