      Pros

      Supportive company culture. Struggling Internet startup with big wins and big failures. Ambitious and well-meaning group. As much time off as you want--hourly wage.

      Cons

      Compensation was not adequate. Definitely need a break room, better heating in the winter, more integration of office and warehouse to increase effective communication.

      A dynamic mixture of innovation, analysis, and life-long learners who prioritizes data driven results and decision making practices. Employees genuinely care about each other and despite a significant percentage of employees working remotely, it truly feels like a family away from family.
