Pretty miserable experience. Poor wages, long hours, unappreciative and inept managers. - Anonymous employee World Pantry Employee Review

Pros

Most of the people you work with are decent people, especially outside of the office environment. Working at an "e-commerce" company is a good stepping stone to a better job. The warehouse jobs, while low paying, are pretty stress free. Lots of free snacks.

Cons

The salaries are well below industry standard, and the management refuse to acknowledge it. Computers and other technology are extremely outdated. Very long hours are required. Poor/non-existent communication between teams. Systems and processes are backwards and archaic; almost designed to make your job harder and anger customers. While coworkers are nice enough people, the long hours and awful pay have embittered most of them. Managers run it like it's still a small dot com started in their living room, take on too many roles. Managers refuse to invest in infrastructure. Warehouse jobs mostly aren't full time.

Pros

A dynamic mixture of innovation, analysis, and life-long learners who prioritizes data driven results and decision making practices. Employees genuinely care about each other and despite a significant percentage of employees working remotely, it truly feels like a family away from family.

Cons

Nothing to report at this time.
