Diversity and inclusion work is entirely volunteer based, relying on employees who aren’t trained to do this work to solve the org’s issues without providing any paid staff support. Christian identity primarily manifests through an American evangelical lens, rather than a holistic expression of all Christian walks. Struggles to find the balance between doing what is right vs appeasing the donors (often the latter wins when it comes to issues closer to the US).
