I'm sorry to see your comments and assessment of our organization. Our staff have overwhelming said to us that they feel we are living out our Christian identity and commitments in the organization (85%), that senior leadership acts in ways consistent with what they say (77%) and that senior leadership provides a clear direction (75%), these scores reaching best in class comparisons. While your experience during your year at World Vision left you feeling differently, your care for the mission to serve the poor is noteworthy.
