Pros
Community/Child focused, fiscally responsible, outcome driven, and coordinated organization. Every year I've worked for World Vision, the more I learn about how the organization works, I become more and more impressed. It truly is a one-of-a-kind organization with an ethical, loving, global vision for eradicating poverty and injustice.
Cons
Lacks any type of formal career development path, lacks coherent internal strategy for long-term growth/change, internal divisional "competition" harms collaboration and coordination, and work/life balance is a serious challenge.
