Pros

Meaningful work. Opportunity to make a difference globally and domestically. Good coworkers.

Cons

Nepotism rampant. Tenure not valued. Limited opportunities to advance despite what leadership says. Senior leadership is out of touch and Board of Directors are so far removed from those who actually are close to the work.
