Pros

pay can be competitive w/ market

Cons

Awful Management Discriminatory Practices Have to fight for earned raises & promotions Does not value employees Leaders not held accountable Empty promises from HR (re: leaders targeting and discriminating against employees) I worked in a certain department for over 10 years. During that time, the amount of complaints HR received about certain leaders abusing their power and targeting & discriminating against employees was astronomical. When I was targeted myself, HR promised to protect and mediate, but refused to even mediate a meeting between me and said leader. Upon my termination, i was promised an investigation into the matter. No such investigation happened (I still maintain contact w/ those i worked with). This has by far been the worst employment experience i’ve ever had and no amount of money is worth it
