Pros

A nice place for spiritual growth and meet kind, nice people. A great place to serve left alone children

Cons

Managers at middle level are hard to deal with and training and other resources are not allocated fairly among team members. Lack of accountability and visibility. Waste of time with unnecessary meetings and "Devotion".

Hello, and thank you so much for taking the time to review World Vision. We are so glad that you are as excited as we are about serving children around the world. World Vision strives to make our Christian faith the foundation for all that we do, and because of this we feel that it is important for employees to have time together in things like devotions, prayer, and chapel. We hope to live as followers of Christ by being active, visible bearers of God’s love, and we feel that this best starts in prayer and devotion with each other. Thank you again for your feedback!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective from the season you spent serving with World Vision. We’re grateful to hear that our flexible work environment and benefits supported you well. As a ministry, we remain committed to cultivating meaningful growth for our staff—believing every person is called to grow, belong in community, and become who God created them to be. Our compensation approach reflects our responsibility to steward donor resources faithfully, and we remain competitive, continuing to invest in development and pathways that support both calling and long-term impact. Thank you again for your important contribution to our mission to make a difference for children living in the hardest places. Ruth Iswariah Director, Ministry Enablement
