Pros

The mission and work in the field is unbeatable. If you want to feel proud about the change you are making join World Vision.

Cons

The office is very competitive and inefficient. Teams do not work together because they are fighting to get noticed and funded and without team work everyone is one their own struggling to get noticed and the work is redundant because teams will not share research or methods. This is a very expensive and destructive environment. The team with the biggest voice or the "inside relationship” wins, rather than the team that is most innovative or has the best results. For big talkers (generally men) they get ahead and the productive innovative teams go unnoticed. The Executive Team is disconnected and they fail to acknowledge or reward teams.
