      Cons

      As a customer-facing sales company, there's a lot of internal hurdling required to keep all the groups happy and satisfied, independent of customer sentiment.

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
