Pros

They have great benefits for families.

Cons

They show favoritism to certain individuals. I understand every job will be like this but they always talk about the core values and what they mean to the company but in all reality, they use it only when it is beneficial for them to use it. I have been at this job for 3 years working in the same department and I HATE my job now. I HATE coming to work just to see people get treated like trash. They hire the people who don't like to come to work but keep the people who bust their butt all day while they are there and come in early to get orders out as temp workers. That doesn't sound like a great place to work if you ask me.This company has really gone down hill for me.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
