Pros

Growing Sales Org, smart technologists

Cons

Executives are acting like hollywood superstars and believing the tabloid hype. They are looking for their replacements and trusting the wrong people; execs lost touch with the business, making decisions that are ruining the culture and the morale of the business. So many departments are unhappy but their management is afraid to raise the concerns due to pressures of no bad managers. Managers feel if there teams are unhappy, it will reflect poorly on them and they'll get fired; so they hush their employees and morale continues to fall. But execs don't know this they are not around enough and its hidden from them. Employees know not to complain to upper management, it has to all look happy when they visit.

Thanks. I haven't noticed any lack of engagement from our Executive Team but we are getting bigger with many more employees. I can say that they actively monitor this glassdoor feedback. They have a rigorous schedule of Town Halls with all our locations and departments. They actively pursue any avenue of feedback that is relevant and are always making themselves accessible to employees. If you have any other suggestions for providing unfiltered and candid feedback, please don't hesitate to provide it. Thank you again.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
