Pros

There is too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Management needs a huge makeover. The riff raff need to faded out.

Cons

Need to let a person know up front if they are a great candidate for the position for which they are working. Stop leading temps to dead end success. Need to promote people that deserve promotions. It should not be based on if employees or management has a liking for a person because of their race or gender. I found a job paying me $36.00 per hour for building those server racks. $16.00 am hour is such a rip off.

Thanks. We have made progress addressing some pay concerns by comparing our compensation with that of other companies in the area. Our goal is to pay fairly and competitively with the job market and also based on skills and performance and positive attitude. This is something we will continue to review. I'm sorry you left but congratulations on your new position. Good luck.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
