Low end, stagnant pay for hourly employees. Bare minimum "raises" that are on par with most burger joints, gas stations, and the like.
Management repeats the same comments on OpenDoor complaints and issues which raises the question of if they're even reading those comments.
Terribly low amounts of PTO to use, especially with the pandemic and the response to struggling workers and their families is an insultingly low hourly wage increase of one whole dollar.
There's honestly so many cons to working in the warehouse and being an hourly employee. No clue what waits at a salaried position, but at least you'll be making an average of $20000 more per year than the highest paid hourly employee can hope to get.
