Hectic job environment
Sales people are coddled and behave like spoiled children often as they are told to do whatever it takes to win business and make customers happy. Making customers happy is great but they often over promise and then make the other teams adapt to fit one off situations constantly because they said it was possible. For a large company this is not a sustainable practice.
Company culture is almost cult like. They expect you to do whatever it take at anytime because you're so lucky to work at WWT because they win best places to work awards.
