All Cons probably due to a small company growing so fast it needs more seasoned leadership CORE Values not seen in practice in the IT department, rife with gossip and back biting from leadership down to lower levels. A single water cooler conversation could be overheard and repeated multiple times till no longer recognized Very Cliquey environment, difficult for new management to join the frat group of long termers A lot of management grew up in company and have very little variety of experience Difficult for long time employess to adapt to and accept change, and leadership had no idea how to promote change Seems like the organization was in a perpetual state of reorganization.. People get promoted and demoted. Had never experienced an organization where people get demoted instead of fired The politics is deadly.
