      Favoritism- don't expect to get into a leadership position unless you are friends with someone. It doesn't matter how qualified you are. We've seen less qualified techs get promotions over periphe with degrees in multiple occasions Toxic culture- WWT prides itself on it's culture and it's staple as a consistent in the 100 Greatest Places to Work list. Unfortunately that's all just a show at this point. It used to be the best company I've ever worked for, but somewhere in our growth, the company started hiring the wrong people. Now we have toxic personalities in leadership and departments morale has suffered. Pay- We are not paid competitively. Most of us make under the low end of the median for our position. No stock options, pathetic raises and bonuses. (The majority of people in the warehouses got a 2 percent raise)

      Thank you. Who someone knows or who someone is friends with has no relevance or basis in any type of promotion. Our goal is to have “no bad managers” so please notify your executive leadership about concerns you have with any manager. Compensation and compensation increases are based upon an individual's experience, market compensation analysis regarding their individual role, and the employee's individual performance. WWT is a privately held company and does not have stock options. You are welcome to discuss any concerns regarding your individual compensation and compensation increase with your leader or HR.       Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

      - Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
