      good healthcare benefit that cover almost everything

      Cons

      company culture is not as good as what the vision, not exactly a great place to work inter-department are not co-operative profit sharing is low and not performance based micro-management

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Cons

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
