Pros

Remote work. Decent benefits package.

Cons

#1, management messages do not align with actual expectation. Work/life balance: Regular 10+ hour days, after hours work with little or no notice, work your lunch, back to back meetings for hours. It can be hard to get a restroom break. Systems: Order management is run by overworked people working in error prone manual environments. The systems/apps they do have error almost daily. Misaligned leadership: We(the workers) are not sure leadership talks to other departments. We are constantly pushing against teams to hold process. When things are backlogged or there is low support people from other departments are surprised. Constant grind: Between outdated systems, misalignment and OT the workers are badly stressed. Compensation: This company pays industry standard wages with a higher than typical workload.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
