Pros
I have been with the company for less then a year but already the benefits are astounding. Take a look for your self as to why we are on Fortunes list of 100 best companies to work for!
Cons
Because of the rapid growth we have experienced we are slightly understaffed in some areas and that makes it taxing on the current employees but everyone's can do attitudes makes it all work out.
Loved the paid holiday , they also work with you if have alot going on outside of work like counseling , paid days off , understanding , overtime if you need it , dinners
Cons
only get paid $16.50 even though we are work so hard.
