Being involved in the early implementation of OTM has been a great learning experience. -Strong Focus on Employee Development – The company invests in employee success through training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. If you take initiative, there’s room to expand your skills and grow professionally. -Work-Life Balance & Flexibility – Leadership understands the importance of flexibility, especially in a data-driven logistics role. Remote work options and a positive work culture make it a great place to build a long-term career.

      Cons

      -Growing Pains with New Systems – As WWT continues to innovate and implement new logistics technology like OTM, there are occasional challenges with system optimization and process standardization. However, leadership is open to feedback and improvements are constantly being made. -Fast-Paced Environment – The logistics side of the business moves quickly, which means there’s always something new to learn or adapt to. While this can be exciting, it may require strong time management skills to keep up.

      Pros

      Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

      Cons

      - Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
