Pros

They hire you in at a higher pay now than the people who have been there for years. Used to be a good place to work, now is just toxic.

Cons

Most of the entire place. Taking my work phone that we were told we got to have the option of purchasing if we left or were let go, that was a lie. In forcing me on the spot to give up my phone resulted in screwing up being able to get into my personal email I've had for years. They discriminate against disabled workers like they are doing currently to one of my friends that is still employed by them, they play favorites, they treat you like garbage if you're entire life isn't spent at work even though they promise a "work life balance", and absolutely do NOT go to HR with any issues such as being treated differently after returning from work after maternity leave. Just my advice.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
