      Really good managers who understand technical trends can find a role at WWT and make a difference.

      Cons

      Training and development of managers is wildly inconsistent. Too many managers are in those roles because they're no longer technically relevant, but they aren't leadership material, either. They aren't leading their teams.

      Loved the paid holiday , they also work with you if have alot going on outside of work like counseling , paid days off , understanding , overtime if you need it , dinners

      Cons

      only get paid $16.50 even though we are work so hard.
