Always felt threatened with losing your job. Very long working hours, can not claim time back. Lie to customers - forget any promotions, give the customer any price you want! - "Take them out of the market". Tell customers they can't have a refund for 28 days, when it can be done on the spot. The reason for this is it affects managers bonuses. Tell customers to sign the sign-off sheet when the kitchen hasn't been fully installed or else they cannot deal with any issues. Wrong. The fitters don't get paid if the sheet is not signed. If you worked for Phones-4-U, you've got a job! No kitchen experience required! Get rid of the ex Phones-4-U people and have kitchen experts back in the business like when the Company first started. Even the MD left - he was all about customer service.
