Pros
The potential of earning big commission Design/Kitchen training
Cons
Managers actively choose experienced designers to serve customers who are "more likely" to buy a kitchen, so even if you were after those customers, you don't get a chance to design before you consult with the managers. - Favouritism The feeling of being watched the WHOLE time on cctv, even at training at HQ. Over employing staff for the busy Christmas period, which led to customers being spoke to 5 times by different people whilst they are shopping = dog eat dog world You are expected to work 16 days in a row, yes, no days off for Boxing day sales, 12 hours each day. Pressure on a higher level. Low pay if you don't earn commission, and not many holidays if you are part time (even 34 hours contracted)
