Salary was average, but the targets unrealistic, customer satisfaction very low as customer service is poor, this isn’t down to individuals but the managers advising what can and can’t be authorised. To many grey areas when it comes to reporting issues with your kitchen order or installation, it’s never wrens fault something gets delivered broken and that’s if it gets delivered at all!!! This place should come with a health warning. Almost broke me, my mental health was so bad working here I went for lunch one day and didn’t go back. I text my manager from the car to say I’d gone and wasn’t going back!!! She walked out the follow day. If you had a choice of smog marry or avoid DEFINITELY AVOID.
