The only thing that is even a semi pro of working for this company is the people you work with at the same level as you, they make the day slightly more bareable.
Cons
Where to start? Constantly understaffed meaning that you cannot focus on your own workload and have to jump onto other peoples. No support from management, refusal to take phone calls from you when a customer is screaming at you and demanding a manager and just give you a generic sentence to repeat to the customer as if that will placate them. Bounced around from call to call within 30 seconds giving you zero time to get anything sorted for a customer. Spend 8 hours a day just fielding phone calls from irate customers who you can rarely help. Company cons customers with misleading info all the way from the showrooms to the customer service agents and have an excessively large contract and small print to hide behind that they expect you to repeat to the customer in order to cover their own backs.
