-Long unsociable hours, expectations to come in on days off and stay late
-Head office very disconnected from showrooms, and many haven't worked/been in the showrooms so have no idea what is entailed in some orders etc.
-The design error setup is abysmal, (mostly pre-emptive), it is a guilty before proven innocent system, and most appeals get rejected, even if the customer is happy with the design/signed off on any discrepencies
- 1 year long probationary period
- Long periods where booking holidays is not allowed (this is usual for retail though and slightly understandable)
- Install price is not competitive (in northern ireland) which often leads to lost customers
