Cons
It is basically a call centre and all you get are complaints. You are supposed to be the customers first point of call yet you have no power to do anything, you can't see the full delivery options to get the customers sooner delivery dates, you have to send an email to the right department requesting it, you can't book a site visit you have to wait days sometimes weeks for the installation manager to come back to you, probably because he is drowning like you are, you can't process a complaint you have to advise that nobody can process a formal complaint until they sign off their kitchen to show they are happy with it! On numerous occasions I had customers who wanted to escalate further than myself yet my line managers would not take the call! Honestly it is disgraceful. When I left the company and handed in my badge, the security man said 'Not you aswell!?' Honestly the turn around is so high at this place it is unbelievable.
