Pros

- The Customer Service & Implementation teams work extremely hard. - Great downtown location.

Cons

- Senior Leadership is completely out of touch with reality. They do not care about their hard working employees and treat them like they are disposable. - The culture is volatile. Leadership leads by fear by public shaming employees and retaliating against them for speaking up. - The CEO has zero emotional intelligence and no leadership skills. - They treat their customers terribly by constantly making mistakes and not owning up to them or taking responsibility for their errors. - People are completely over worked, overrun and the organization has no direction or vision due with constant turnover in leadership.

Pros

Remote environment. Some really great people. Founder was kind and genuinely cared his staff.

Cons

Newer CEO ran off or eliminated staff and hired over 10 friends from previous company. Her vision and treatment did not mirror original Founder of Wurk.
