Pros
On a personal level, the individuals who work at Wurl are some of the greatest people. Big high priority projects often become an “all hands on deck” situation, allowing ample opportunity for people across all levels/departments of the org to get involved.
Cons
Promotions and career growth in any official capacity are hard to come by. Layoffs have become frequent and often hard to justify. The choice to forego annual raises for employees who hold RSUs was never convincingly justified by senior leadership.
