Pros
Possibility of working from home.
Cons
You will be micromanaged - you will not be able to use the bathroom without a supervisor or manager asking you WHY. There is a perpetual atmosphere of criticism and a high turn over rate because of that approach. I ranked on the top 7 of the company for a year and I was never recognized for that - instead I was told I should be doing even better. The new Dept director is a JOKE. They Fire people for any reason at all. They can not maintain their call flow and it is almost impossible to put in vacation time because of it. I tried to put in a professional two week notice and I was fired. Their is a LOT of favoritism and management has no real idea what being on the phones is like despite listening to our calls randomly and reviewing us. The quality control is also a JOKE - they are biased and will score you low if they 'feel" like you didn't make the best connection possible. Which is ludicrous because if you go above and beyond and hit all their standards they can still take incentive from you bc you should have done better. They deserve to lose all their employees to better companies who respect workers. Also you are not given more than 5 seconds to notate an acct before you are kicked out wrap and placed on another call. Management has a reputation for lying - we were told for 6 months that quality control would not affect our incentive if would be a training tool. The day it rolled out, it started affecting our incentive. The real problem is that the VP of RSV and the new Dept Managers are out of touch with their employees and also what it really takes to do this Job. I am sad that I had to find another job- I didn't WANT to leave bc in the beginning Wyndham was not like this. When I did try to do the professional and courteous gesture of putting in a notice - I was fired instead. There are better companies to work for don't go here.
