Pros
The Recruitment and Initial Training experience were both great. They paint a very nice picture of the company. I do feel that the product is good and they offer a quality experience for their owners. However, I did not find that to be the case as an employee working for them. The wonderful experience ends the moment you leave their corporate offices and their training. As the reality of being an employee at one of their direct resorts was not the same experience at all and definitely did not match the pretty picture that was painted for us.
Cons
This location tons literally tons of NQ Not Qualified which you are forced to tour that still count against you. We also have way too many tours who already own and I have no idea how they are even allowed to be there. There is alot of corruption and manipulation by the onsite resort management team. The tour assignment process is not transparent. That is all I am allowed to say or my review will be taken down. That was my first huge red flag. You will only get one tour a day usually as late as 1pm after all the good ones have been assigned. You will be forced to sit around all day long twiddling your thumbs feeling terribly unproductive while just feeling worse and worse about yourself for accepting such abusive treatment in the first place. You will at that point know that you have been sold a bogus bill of goods based on tricks and lies. However, by then your new replacement will almost be ready to be released from the weekly Puppy Mill training school. That is until there realize they are being used and abused as well. Then it is just Rinse and Repeat. Next !!! Retention is not the goal here folks. It is all about just keeping the Puppy Mill filled to do clean up tours while supporting their senior reps so they can make the money without being distracted by the garbage tours. There is alot of Passive Aggressive treatment that you will be dealing with by Senior Managers and Senior Reps. It is an extremely stressful and unpleasant working environment. They will bring you in before and afterward each tour to dissect you, browbeat you, micromanage and demean you daily with all their psychobabble nonsense. All this convoluted psychological warfare that is constantly being perpetrated against their new Front Line Sales was a completely demoralizing, soul-sucking experience and about one of the worst employment experiences that I have ever dealt with in real estate. Then the icing on the cake was when I resigned they would not even give me my license back since there was nobody qualified to release it and they would not sign my deactivation paperwork. These are very unprofessional, petty, and vindictive people running this place. Not a good experience at all. So if you are part of the new puppy mill coming in there and trying to make it. Then just come in with your eyes wide open as to what you are getting yourself into. They already have your replacement hired as they never stop hiring. It is not because they are expanding. It is because people quit and get fired every 3 or 4 weeks there. All that glitters is not gold. As this place is made of nothing but Fools Gold. If you resign then do not expect to be able to leave with your real estate license upon departure. You need to be prepared to wait up to a full 10 days since that is just how they roll there.
