Pros
You can make FANTASTIC money at Wyndham doing sales. Tours are constantly coming in, there’s no searching for leads. You can basically do what you want if you’re selling and making them enough money. Super flexible in the slow months, they encourage vacations.
Cons
If you’re not selling it’s hard to survive and they will get rid of you. Favoritism is terrible here. They will help their friends before you every single time. It takes several weeks to start getting paid for your commissions. If you have a bad month, it can take a minute to catch up. You always work weekends and holidays.
