Wyze didn't wait for an employee occurrence, for the safety of employees, Wyze asked their employees to start working in late February and the first work day in March they asked everyone to start working from home. - Wyze promotes from within, as a start-up, we have already adapted growing the careers of the people in our company. - Wyze cares

Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
