Wyze creates so many great products by awesome people. There are so many passionate people in the company to get new technology to every home. Every team works so hard towards a same goal.

Cons

Work-life balance is the one thing which can be improved. There were lots of meetings happening during night time due to different time zone. I hope I could have more personal time for nights and weekends.

Most of the colleagues are nice and talented.

1. Below-Market Compensation: Salary and overall benefits package are not competitive compared to industry standards. 2..Deficit in Leadership Quality: There is a noticeable lack of strategic vision, core leadership skills, and basic professional respect for employees from upper management. 3. Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
