Pros

The people who work at XE are all gifted and the work is extremely interesting. The company is working to make things better as well, they have flaws but recognize this and are actively working to improve. Benefits and pay are solid for industry standards.

Cons

The scheduling is a mess and causes a ton of turnover. Too many non-technical people overriding technical experts based on financials. Upper management seems to be more concerned with getting more and more contracts and investments than actually having a legitimate product.

As a new company it can be chaotic sometimes as we are growing rapidly and still figuring out all of our systems and processes

There was great camaraderie amongst the main workers.

Cons

This company has highly dysfunctional leadership that does not know how to lead people or manage complex projects. There is very little planning and most people spend time putting fires out or on non-value add activities. It is not likely this company will be successful.
