Pros

No pros just people who don't know how to run a business.

Cons

Most of the leadership are people from South Africa but white, they don't follow any rules for government holidays in the US... especially for African Americans holidays. When they had the layoffs in November just before the holidays shows the company's character.

Great leadership team with a strong vision for the future Exciting time in the company with lots of growth! Great industry to work in, love the mission of driving forward the energy transition Awesome + smart coworkers and teammates So many development opportunities

Cons

As a new company it can be chaotic sometimes as we are growing rapidly and still figuring out all of our systems and processes

There was great camaraderie amongst the main workers.

Cons

This company has highly dysfunctional leadership that does not know how to lead people or manage complex projects. There is very little planning and most people spend time putting fires out or on non-value add activities. It is not likely this company will be successful.
