Worst Management/Toxic Environment - Production Floor XACT Employee Review

- no proper training for office staff (no designated trainer, little or no training materials, often left to figure it out for yourself) - Upper management is unprofessional, hiring family and friends who are most often unqualified; will bad mouth you behind your back; will do whatever is necessary to profit (fires at whim, changes your job description and supervisor, says one thing and does another) - employees are kept in the dark about company changes/policies, poor communication between management and staff - employees had wages reduced back in March 2020 will little to no communication as to when they would be re-instated (still reduced as of Jan. 2021) - very high turnover rate; expect frequent layoffs with no notice (given 2 weeks pay in lieu of notice) - some employees are ok but a number of them, especially in management positions, will do and say what they need to in order to keep their job (i.e. you cannot trust them, they will not support you, they will throw you under the bus) - HR does not support staff and cannot be trusted to work for employees, only management - very negative and toxic environment (do not be fooled by it's, "family-run, family-owned" image)
