Expectations are sky high and unrealistic Pay is mediocre at best Owner and his son are shady as they come They will use you then fire you They’re unappreciative They lie about jobs and prior employees (spoke to the gentleman who was in my position before me) They’ll lie to your face about expectations They pile work on and are not understanding when things aren’t completed within hours nvm days
