Inept Management Owner acts like a tyrant no consideration of employee personal time expect you to work long hours with zero compensation expects you to work outside of your normal work hours even when you have personal things to do Unorganized Very "do as I say or else" vibe, which should not be the case in any working environment, I'm an employee not your child The owner will threaten you I was once told "if this doesn't get done, there will be some problems" he was screaming when he said it, I quit the next day

Concerns are minimized, creating a gaslighting environment. Mission does not align with actual practices.
