Pros

Working with the students is definitely the best part. There's freedom (to an extent) in your classes.

Cons

They randomly lost insurance at least three times. The RC repeatedly instructed us to lie to students and parents about their money. They also lie regarding their billing processes.

Frequent payroll delays with little communication. Toxic culture fueled by gossip and unprofessional behavior. Both W-2 and 1099 workers report unfair treatment. Concerns are minimized, creating a gaslighting environment. Mission does not align with actual practices.
