Pros

Read this!! It might SAVE YOUR LIFE. If you like crippling anxiety, a micro managing environment, and feeling like a hamster constantly spinning on a barbed wired wheels...then, by all means, you have found the company for you! PROS: - If you are homeless, you could probably sleep there, and they wouldn't notice. If you have a big account, they expect you to pretty much live there anyways. -If you are single and have no friends or family, XPO will call you...to berate you...but they will call you. - Very friendly to alcoholics. In fact, if you aren't an alcoholic you will be one if you join XPO. Trust me and the dozens of others who headed straight to happy hour when that clock struck 5 (that is if we were allowed to leave yet) Pros- It's near a lot of bars so you can drown yourself in booze after you miserable underpaid belittling days.

Cons

Cons: It will suck the life out of you until you are just a shell of a person with no dreams or hope for the future.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
