It's all about money money money. They talk about engagement but left-over managers from Con-way are considered as overpaid and their experience is undervalued. Current leadership is focused on Wall Street at the cost of long term relationships dedicated employees. Just clean them out and bring in new blood at lower pay and lower cost, earning less PTO time and getting lower 401k contribution. See how it's all about the $$$.
