unstable hours, management is decent but alot of errors while out in the field such as never knowing routes and assigning P/D that fall out of someone's consistent route but as a senior driver there it was wasnt all that bad

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning.
