From the start of my application process to my first day, the business has looked after me and supported me in making what is an important decision of my career and life. The recruitment team were excellent, kept me fully informed of each stage of the recruitment process, honesty from the recruitment team was the theme from the start including what challenges and opportunities to expect which I appreciate as it's helped me integrate with my new team.
Support from the overall business has been excellent, I was given a very detailed and structured induction plan, getting the opportunity to go round the network meeting different stakeholders within the business.
Support today remains very good, when XPO talk about inclusivity and respect for their people in their values they definitely mean it and I have been made to feel part of a team from day one!
