XPO is a company on the rise! Opportunity is here, financial backing is here, executive team is invested in growth and progress at the very base of the company - what more could an employee ask for? Work is work, but when the work is enjoyable and rewarding, it makes the work less of a chore. I count myself fortunate to work for a company and a division where I can be proud of what I do and have fun doing it.

It's a growing company and change is constant right now. For those who have been with a division for a long time that change can be hard.
